Blue handbag with birds

  • Description

Blue handbag with birds. Handmade shoulder bag of upcycled tablecloth and patchwork fabric.  Especially relevant is the colorful and unique patchwork fabric with birds and flowers, as well as the lining in turquoise cotton fabric.  Nice details like rivets for added resistance. This is a medium sized messenger style messenger bag with a true cross body length adjustable strap. There is one pocket in the lining to keep your smaller items separated and easy to find. In addition it has a zipper to close for more security. Also, all areas of the handbag are interfaced and the lining has a layer of fleece to give it structure.

This handbag is inspired in leather briefcases that were used to go to school in the 60s and 70s. It has been made by hand with great dedication by women in our studio in Sant Julià de Vilatorta in the province of Barcelona. We try to respect a sustainable production process  working with upcycling fabrics.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash in cold water and press with hot iron if necessary. Don’t use dryer machine. Air dry.

Please note that colors may vary on different screens.
